WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU ARRIVE:
A warm and inviting ambiance engulfs you from the moment you arrive. As you walk into the room you are greeted by the signature scent of a spa. The calm soothing music softly playing in the background and the brilliant candles instantly set the tone for the session. We'll assess your stress levels and cover any specific pain you've been experiencing prior to starting the session.
As you lie on the bed and slowly settle into your breath, the scents and soothing sounds of the room make way for you to release whatever stress has accumulated in the body, mind and heart. In turn, clients leave feeling lighter and clearer mentally, emotionally and physically.
